Meet Our Staff
Sean R. Kull, O.D.
Dr. Kull, born in Fairbanks, Alaska, spent the majority of his childhood in Maine and New Hampshire. He attended Union College, NY, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. He earned his Doctorate of Optometry at the New England College of Optometry in Boston and completed clinical rotations with honors at the Newport Naval Hospital in Rhode Island, the Manchester VA Hospital in New Hampshire and the North End Community Health Center in Boston.
In practice at Kull Family Eye Care since 1999, Dr. Kull accepts new patients of all ages. He offers comprehensive eye care which includes advanced contact lens fittings, treatment of glaucoma, diabetes and dry eye. Dr Kull is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Maine Optometric Association. He is also a member of the Infant SEE program, providing an initial, free eye examination to children without insurance.
Dr. Kull enjoys triathlons, reading and traveling with his family.
Teri Dorr
I have been working at Kull Family Eye Care for 18 years. I have been in the optical business for 23 years. I grew up in Old Town and enjoy the close knit community we have.
In my spare time I enjoy playing golf, spending time at Beech Hill with my husband, rooting for all New England sports teams, and dog sitting on the side for many different pups!
Lucy Simmons
A resident of Levant, Maine, I have worked for Kull Family Eye Care for 20 years, and in the optical industry for over 30 years. I passed my national board and received my ABOC in 2000.
In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my family, gardening in my flower beds and fishing.
Melinda Gray
I have worked at Kull Family Eye Care for 1 year and have been in the optical business for 25 years.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my son and my new puppy Nix!
Paola Kull
With 20 years of experience in office management at Kull Family Eye Care, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Sean, and our three kiddos.
In my spare time I enjoy cooking and traveling when possible.
